Can I choose a specific well-known doctor for an appointment?
You can indicate your desired specialty or a specific doctor's name, but we cannot guarantee their obligatory agreement to an appointment. We help evaluate and work out the most realistic expert routes.
Do I need to translate all medical documents before starting the appointment process?
In most complex cases, key reports and discharge summaries must be translated or structured into a summary before the active coordination stage begins. We will advise you on exactly what is needed for your case.
Is online video consultation possible for absolutely any illness?
No. For many pathologies or complex clinical situations, the remote format is unacceptable, as the doctor requires an in-person examination, palpation, specific tests, or further investigation with clinic equipment.
Does a successful appointment guarantee that I will be prescribed treatment?
No. An appointment or consultation is only a stage of diagnosis and strategy development. All decisions about the advisability, possibility, and treatment plan are made by the doctor only after a comprehensive assessment.
