Detailed medical disclaimer

This page applies to all SynMedi website content, service cards, reports, online communication, translation, hospital coordination and China visit support.

  • 1
No doctor-patient relationship with SynMedi Using this website or purchasing a SynMedi service does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and SynMedi. Any doctor-patient relationship, if applicable, exists only between the patient and the licensed medical provider or hospital.
  • 2

They are not medical advice, diagnosis, prescription or a treatment instruction.
  • 3
Reports are based on available information Any hospital matching report, document review or coordination summary is based on the information and records provided by the patient or family. Missing, outdated, unclear or inaccurate documents may affect the usefulness of the result.
  • 4
Specialist opinions may require hospital review Online written opinions, second opinions or consultation coordination may depend on hospital rules, doctor availability, case complexity, record completeness and whether the case is suitable for remote review.
  • 5
Hospital access is not guaranteed We may help coordinate a hospital or specialist route, but final registration, appointment confirmation, examination, admission, treatment plan and pricing are determined by the hospital and licensed doctors.

Service boundary by package

Each service level has a different purpose. None of the packages provides direct clinical treatment by SynMedi.

Package What it can help with What it cannot promise
Hospital Matching Report Feasibility screening, hospital and department direction, indicative cost estimate and next-step plan. It does not guarantee diagnosis accuracy, hospital acceptance, doctor appointment or treatment result.
Online Standard Package Record organization, bilingual dossier, translation, specialist matching and written opinion coordination where suitable. It does not guarantee a specific specialist, final diagnosis, remote review acceptance or a treatment decision.
Patient Visit Coordination China visit planning, hospital navigation, interpreter support, payment guidance, local setup and follow-up coordination. It does not include hospital treatment fees and does not guarantee admission, surgery, treatment availability or outcome.

When to contact a doctor directly

SynMedi can help organize medical coordination, but patients should seek direct medical care when clinical judgment is needed.

Do not wait for online coordination if symptoms are urgent. Contact a licensed doctor or emergency service immediately if symptoms worsen, become severe, or require immediate evaluation. Online coordination should never delay urgent medical care.

Language and translation limits

Translation helps communication, but it does not replace a doctor’s explanation or hospital-issued medical document.

🌐

Translation is supportive

We may translate or summarize medical records and hospital instructions for coordination and patient understanding. If there is any conflict, the original hospital document and the licensed doctor’s explanation should be treated as authoritative.
