Prepare the right medical documents before we match your hospital route.

Clear medical records help Chinese hospitals and specialists understand your case faster. This guide explains what to prepare for a hospital matching report, online second opinion, or China visit coordination.

Most useful documents

  • Diagnosis summary and current condition.
  • Imaging reports such as CT, MRI, PET-CT or ultrasound.
  • Pathology, lab results, discharge summary and treatment history.
  • Your main questions and treatment goals.

Why documents matter

A hospital name alone is not enough. The quality of your medical records directly affects hospital matching, specialist review, cost estimation, appointment planning and whether more documents are needed before moving forward.

🔎

Better case review

Complete records help us understand your diagnosis, disease stage, treatment history and current needs.

🗂

Faster specialist communication

A structured dossier helps doctors review the case more efficiently and reduces repeated back-and-forth.

Core documents to prepare

You do not need to have everything before contacting us. Start with what you already have. If something important is missing, we will tell you what to collect next.

Diagnosis summary A short summary of the diagnosis, when it was found, current symptoms, disease stage if known, and your main treatment goal.

  • 8
Main questions and goals Tell us what you want to know: diagnosis confirmation, treatment options, surgery possibility, cost range, appointment route or China visit feasibility.

Documents by service package

Different service levels require different document depth. A $39 report can start with basic documents, while a specialist opinion or China visit usually needs more complete records.

Service Minimum documents Recommended documents Why it matters
Hospital Matching Report Diagnosis summary, main symptoms, country, treatment goal. Recent imaging report, lab results, treatment history. Helps us judge feasibility, hospital direction, department route and next-step plan.

How to send documents

Keep the files readable and organized. A clear file package saves time and helps prevent misunderstandings.

1

Use clear scans or photos

Make sure every page is complete, not blurry, not cut off, and easy to read.

2

Keep original language files

Send the original report first. We can advise what needs to be translated for Chinese-side review.

3

Name files by date and type

For example: 2026-06-01_MRI_Report.pdf or 2026-06-05_Pathology_Report.pdf.

4

Tell us your main question

The same records can lead to different routes depending on whether you need diagnosis review, treatment options or a China visit plan.

Important limits

Document review is not the same as a hospital diagnosis. It helps prepare the case and choose the right route.

Medical limitation Documents can support hospital matching and specialist communication, but they cannot replace in-person examination, hospital testing or a licensed doctor’s final judgment. If your condition is urgent or unstable, contact local emergency services or go to an emergency department immediately.
Privacy note: Only share documents that are relevant to your medical coordination request. Patient information should be accurate and complete. Missing or incorrect records may affect hospital matching and specialist review.

FAQ

Common questions about preparing and submitting medical records.

Can I start if I only have a diagnosis summary?

Yes. You can start with basic information, but more complete records may be needed before a specialist opinion or appointment coordination.

Do my documents need to be translated first?

No. Send the original documents first. We will tell you which parts need translation for Chinese-side review.

Do you need original CT or MRI images?

For early matching, written imaging reports may be enough. For deeper specialist review, original image files may be required.

What if my records are incomplete?

We will identify document gaps and explain what should be collected next before deeper coordination.

Can family members send documents for the patient?

Yes, but the information should be accurate and shared with the patient’s permission where required.

Will my documents be sent to hospitals automatically?

No. We use your documents for the selected service and coordination purpose. Hospital sharing depends on the service scope and patient consent.

Have your documents ready?

Submit your case and we will help you understand whether your records are enough for hospital matching, online specialist opinion or China visit coordination.
